We will confirm the billing and shipping addresses to assure accurate delivery of your order. Your forms will be
shipped via UPS (Ground Service) and your Agency will be invoiced the
day after the order has been shipped.
If you are new to our company, an account will be established for your Agency to facilitate future orders and timely
shipping.
Note: It has been our experience that the
shipping and invoicing procedure above is a professional system that relies on
customer honor and has always worked without any problem.
